We drive AI impact where legal work happens.

Amice brings deep legal and AI technology expertise to legal teams that want to see results. We speak law, integrate in your workflows, and build quickly. Navigating high stakes work is where we thrive.

Office towers at dusk beyond a motorway, one window lit in orange.

The licences are bought. The use is stuck with the few who made time.

Most legal teams have already chosen a platform. The budget is there, the seats are there, and a handful of people have made them part of their day. Everyone else is waiting for someone with the hours to sit with the work and find where AI fits.

Your best people are the ones you can least spare: billed out, on deals, working evenings. We bring the hours and dual fluency, a lawyer and a builder in one team, and we stay until it is used. Read more about how we work.

What you can expect.

We work embedded

Shoulder to shoulder with your people, inside and on top of the systems you already use. We sit at the desk, learn how the work runs and find the opportunities, usually tens of them.

We get you moving

You have tools, ideas and stalled pilots. What is missing is hands. We help you decide what to buy, build and leave alone, and can do the work end to end.

We show rather than tell

A workflow shipped this week beats a perfect one debated for a year. We prototype in days, visualise the options, and stay to build when building is the answer.

We build assets

AI is a tool, not an end goal. What we leave behind is developed for real work, pragmatic, and yours to keep. We equip your own people to keep improving without us.

We respect the legal discipline

Nobody can one-shot a due diligence. AI expands what a legal team can do; the judgement calls stay with the lawyer. Privilege, confidentiality and security are build requirements. Our focus is legal and nothing else.

Amicus curiae means friend of the court. The outside expert the court consults, because they know something the room doesn't.

How it usually starts.

01

A conversation

Where do you stand, where do you want to go, and what is missing. That is the whole first meeting.

02

No starting point yet

An AI Transformation Scan across the organisation, ending in priorities and a first move.

03

One practice or team

Where you see the needle moving, a Practice Assessment: we sit next to the work, learn it and propose the next steps.

04

A specific idea

A client portal, a review tool. We design, prototype or build it straight away.

Frequently asked questions

Do you replace our platform?

No. Keep the seats. We make sure they get used, and we build what is missing around them: the workflow, the integration, the tool no vendor ships for your work.

Where do our documents go?

Training and workflows keep them in the platform you already pay for. Software we build stores them where we agree with you in writing, before a document reaches us. The default is European, for your work and for ours. Read how we handle security.

Doesn't our platform vendor offer this?

For the people already using the seats, yes. We sit with the ones who are not, and we build what the platform does not do for your work. If the answer is a feature the vendor already ships, we say so.

We've done this internally already. What would you add?

Then you know what it takes: hours nobody has, and the standing to say where a practice is behind. We bring both, with no history in your organisation and nothing else on our desk while we are with you.

Isn't this what the big consultancies do?

A strategy house interviews the directors and hands you a report. We sit with the people doing the work and stay until the new way of working is the normal way.

One conversation to hear where you stand and what is in the way. If the honest answer is to do nothing yet, you will hear that too.
